Choice Careers Published
Choice Group International has publicy announced the availability of multiple key career opportunities by publishing them on their corporate website and on leading internet based job listing sites including Monster.com and Career Builder.com.  "This is the perfect time for select inidividuals to make the change of a lifetime by investigating everything Choice has to offer," says Theresa Everhart, Choice's Executive Administrator.  "We are known for being the best employer in our field and offering dynamic support for personal and professional advancement.  These positions represent our dedication to our progress, and we welcome those who choose to bring their talent and enthusiasm to our team.  They will not be disappointed"
Choice has put out the call for a Vice President, a Marketing Director, an Affiliate Services Manager, and additional Sales Professionals.  Apart from the Executive-level positions, Choice apparently is willing to train applicants to perform specialized tasks within the enterprises they conduct.  "We have always taken first look to those who demonstrate personal characteristics we know we can build upon by training and educating rather than rely upon traditional skill sets that may actually prevent the proverbial thinking out of the box.  Rather than try to mold people into our fashion, we have been successful adding to talents and potentials they already possess and may have been overlooked.  This always allows our people the freedom to excel naturally without having to worry about performing to a standard  based on old-fashioned conformity."  Theresa went on to exlain that Choice does in fact have expectations of candidates, and naturally screens applicants by process rather than personal selection process which is always so awkward and somewhat intimidating.  "We only begin considering applications submitted by email, for instance, as this indicates a working familiarization with computers and online skills.  More and more of our processes are online based, and we are simply moving too fast in our technologies not to present this reality up front."
Another thing Choice looks at are the results and accomplishments made by their applicants at previous employments.  "We want a clear picture of definable talents they are bringing to our table, and if there are potential areas of growth that may be enhanced.  We have seen so many really great people come to us with only so-so professional successes only to discover real powerhouse talents buried within them under years of poor professional management.  Without sounding like a Zen spin on management, I think I can safely say that at Choice we pay attention to what is really important, and invest in our people as we do our vision.  Without a growing, enthusiastic and confident team, our company wouldn't be capable of attaining our vision or maintaining our status in any way, shape or form."
Interestingly, the Sales positions Choice lists are noticably "Telecommuter Approved" and stress no experience is required.  Ms. Levent wouldn't fully reveal how many of these positions were available, mentioning only that "the hope is to double our service abilities within four months."  Continuing, she says, "We are looking to include capable individuals who are willing to be trained to succeed using our proven systems, and to apply their talents serving our customers with the same high standards they would expect for themselves.  You would be surprised how difficult that simple concept has to be repeated during training.  Just because we use technology doesn't mean we have forsaken the old school ways!"
